HEADTEACHER'S WELCOME

Welcome to St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School. We are a warm, welcoming and inclusive two-form entry school in the Deanery of Redbridge, within the Diocese of Brentwood. At the heart of our school is Christ, and our Catholic values guide everything we do, helping to shape the way we learn, play and care for one another each day.

We are proud to work in close partnership with parents, carers and governors to provide a happy, safe and enriching environment for every child. Our pupils enjoy a wide range of opportunities that help them to grow in confidence and discover their talents, including our annual residential retreat and visit to Rome, sporting competitions at local and regional level, and a variety of after-school clubs such as French, Chinese Arts and Culture, Coding and Multi-Sports.

We believe every child is unique and deserves to feel inspired, supported and encouraged to flourish. At St Augustine’s, we are committed to helping children develop not only academically, but also socially, spiritually and emotionally, so that they leave us with confidence, resilience and a strong sense of belonging.

Our school is a wonderfully diverse community, and we celebrate the many cultures, languages and traditions that make it so special. More than 50 languages are spoken across our school community, and we warmly welcome families of all faiths and of none. This richness of diversity is one of our greatest strengths.

Thank you for visiting our school. We hope you feel the warmth of our community and the pride we have in all that makes St Augustine’s such a special place. If you would like to find more about our school, please contact Mrs Brogan (Office Manager) in the Infant Office on 0208 554 1919.

God bless.
